All manufacturing materials are fully prefabricated offsite and are delivered to our facility in stick form.

Our steel portal frame then gets assembled by our manufacturing team.

Once the steel portal frame is complete, a through-wall system is then installed to the external elevation of the Portal Frame in accordance with the approved design along with the Windows & Doors.

The wall system varies on clients requirements with options including Insulated Wall Panel System (single layer), External Wall System (multi-layer) with multiple finishes available including architectural cladding, render finish and/or brick and stone cladded.

Varying levels of internal fit out works can then be completed within the manufacturing facility, including

• First & Second Fix M&E, Internal Wall
• Internal Fit-Out
• Floor Fit-Out.

Once the manufacturing process of the modules is complete, the modules are then wrapped using recyclable shrink wrapping to make the modules weathertight for transport to site.
