Design and construction of buildings is regulated under the Building Control Acts 1990 to 2014 which provide for the making of Building Regulations and Building Control Regulations (BCaR) throughout Ireland.

BCaR requires owners, builders, and registered construction professionals to demonstrate compliance with the current Building Regulations.

With all our Modular Buildings, at handover we will provide the required design and construction Ancillary Certification along with a full Operation & Maintenance Manual, to allow the appointed Assigned Certifier to issue the required Certificate of Compliance on Completion for building use and occupancy.
